Shipping

Orders are processed each day and are shipped within 2 business days. However, due to the high demand for some of our products, if an item is on back order it may delay your order by a couple of weeks. If for some reason a problem should arise with your order, and it cannot be filled, you will be notified immediately.

Returns

Orders are verified upon shipping for sizes and colours so that you receive your selection as expected. Please notify us within 2 days of receipt if there is any problem with your order. Due to health and safety laws, Satin Whispers cannot accept the return of worn or used garments. However, if there is a defect in the manufacturing of the garment, a credit towards your next purchase or replacement will be issued. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
